Spanish actress Penelope Cruz will appear on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine in its November issue, just in time when the US screenings of her films “Los abrazos rotos”Broken Embraces directed by Pedro Almodovar, and the much-awaited “Nine” by Rob Marshall are scheduled Nov 20.
