San Francisco International Animation Festival kicks off tonight with his nerd-day festival, but sorta funny, but sorta cool five. Evening on the mezzanine, avant-garde legend, Lawrence Jordan improvise live on stage at the animated pace of their work, a loving dream, inspired and will be accompanied by the duo in San Francisco, gothic-Americana, Pale hoarse. Jacob Ciocci also completed an artist whose many delicious things geek, and David Wightman, composer. Along with animation and film from being damaged eye and the ear with 2 Blessed 2 Stress, a performance that can only be explained as "Um, what?" And not in a bad way. I have no idea what this experience will, but it sounds exciting to say the least.

Thursday has a more mainstream appeal with the projection and celebration for the premiere of the Bay Area in the new Wes Anderson film, The Fantastic Mr. Fox. I have even a fan of Anderson, but halfway through his films always need a break from their claustrophobic world, I am fascinated by its change in pure animation after seeing a glimpse of life in the water. Then add entries + = fun night wine.

4th Annual San Francisco International Animation Festival (SFIAF) gets its party started at a kickoff celebration at Mezzanine. A variety of screenings, including the U.S. premiere of Musashi: The Dream of the Last Samurai (a tale of the master swordsman written by Mamoro Oshii) at the Landmark Embarcadero Center Cinema, take place mid-week and weekend.
