In this season of Project Runway, Designers were asked to create a dress for a red carpet event, which focuses on innovation in their creation and make a statement about who they are as a designer. Models were earmarked for their challenge, given 30 minutes to describe their design, a 30-minute comedy in shopping with a budget of $ 200, and one days to create their designs.
