The Annual San Gennaro Feast is a yearly festival held in honor of the Saint,San Gennaro. The San Gennaro Feast will begin September 15 at Flamingo Road.
The festival offers a wide range of ethnic food vendors, live national acts every hour on the biggest stage, amusement parks and game fun for the whole family. The festival, held in Las Vegas, is one of the most popular festivals for locals and visitors from around the world.
The Ferris wheel is setup and vendors are starting to bring out their wares in preparation for the San Gennaro Feast, which begins Wednesday.
The Feast President Anthony Palmisano said We were worried about this year because of the economy, but last year, we had the largest turnout ever and this year, we sold out all 200 vendor spots three weeks before the festival.
It is 30 years for the festival, held in May and September each year in honor of San Gennaro, a Catholic saint in Naples, Italy.
