Government of Tripura, will create a further 25 industrial training institutes (ITIS), in the state to provide career-oriented training for unemployed youth, Industry and Commerce Minister Jitendra Chowdhury said on Monday.
"To solve the problem of massive unemployment, training and employment-oriented training will be through these SIIT proposal," Chowdhury told reporters.

According to the minister, dominated the new ITIS would be completed within, tribal leaders and minorities and backward areas of the coast or border states.With the new 25 ITIS, the total number of training centers and the state increase to 30.Tripura currently has over 600,000 registered educated unemployed young people.
